Returns & Exchange
All requests for an exchange must be made within 5 days of receiving your order .
Items for return must be returned within 7 days to Perfume and Gift from the date the exchange has been authorised.
All requests for an exchange must be emailed to email@example.com stating the reason for the return and providing details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your item has been authorised, a returns address will be provided to you in whom you will have to return the item to Perfume & Gift within 7 days. If item(s) is/ are not returned within the 7 days period from the date the return has been authorised, an exchange will be refused.
An exchange will only be issued on the condition that the item(s) is/are unused, and unopened in such condition that will be resalable. Any items returned in damaged condition caused by the customer will be returned to customer and no exchange will be authorised.

Once your return has been received, it may take up to 7 working days for you exchange to be processed.
Customers will be liable for paying the costs of returning item(s).
Any Sale/Clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Before you place your order please ensure you have read all the product description.
